1. Led chip: High lumen EPISTAR chip-on-board chips or BRIDGELUX delivery 130lm/w high lumens in high CRI for lighting performance and have 120o beam angle for lighting.
2. Lifespan: ZLONE’s led flood light has 50000 hours lifespan for using. You can using 8 years base on using 10 hours per day.
3. Led Power Supply: Constant current Mean well series power supply will protect LED chip in correct current and voltage. It provide power factor >0.9 and power efficient > 90% characteristic to ensure power saving. Also it has over current, over voltage, over temperature and short circuit protection to ensure the long time lifespan.
4. Lamp Housing: High quality aluminum alloy housing with spray painting surface finish, dust-resistant, moisture-proof, firm and durable. The lead time of manufacture is fast because of die-casting production process. Also the quality of the lamp housing is same.
5. Glass Cover: High quality 4mm-5mm thickness heat-resistant temper glass will not splash when the flood light is exploded in wrong operation. It guarantees 100% light transmittance and uniform light distribution.
6. Heat sink: Sufficient and thickness liner radiation fin are average distributed on the back of front head by die-casting technology with excellent thermal conductivity.
7. IP65 waterproof structure:Every gap, screw and interface used the rubber ring with silica gel for waterproof purpose.
