The tube is working according to voice sensor, when the voice is around 45-60dB(adjustable), then the sensor can activate and the tube will be brighter... 

If no sound outside, LED tube is in low consumption status, total power is 30% of normal working status(The wattage can be designed as per customer's demand), If sound outside, LED tube is working entirely. 50S(The time also canbe designed) later, will be low consumption status.
