      All our E11 LED Spot Light Bulbs can be dimmable but it needs to be fixed voltage such as 100V,  

     110V,120V ,220V or 230V.Our LED spotlight can match 90% of the dimmers sold in the market. 

(2). About Base Type for COB LED Spotlight Bulb:

      We can make this kind of LED Spotlight Bulb with E11 / E12 / EZ10 / E14 / E17 Base.

(3). About dissipating heat:

      This bulb is made of Aluminum Alloy material,which is excellent at heat dissipation.

(4). About Bulb's Water-proof or not:

      Indoor LED Lights such as GU10, MR16, PAR16, PAR20 and PAR38 LED Bulbs are not water-proof. 

      However, outdoor LED Flood Light, LED High Bay and LED Street Light are water-proof.
